As a personal trainer, boxing coach, swimming coach and weightlifting coach, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I offer a free consultation as Personal Trainer in Chigwell, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, with the client to get to know each other before starting our fitness journey together.

 

In the free consultation, which will last 20/30 minutes, we will discuss their fitness goal, take some anthropometric measurements and do some simple fitness tests.

Mobile Personal Training Services: I offer personal training sessions at your home, in a park, or at a swimming pool of your convenience.
 

Additionally, I provide the option of training in an exclusive gym at no added costs, www.ptstudioone.com  reserved only for personal trainers and their clients.
 

Whether it’s in the comfort of your home in Chigwell, Redbridge or Waltham Forest, the great outdoors, or a professional gym setting, we can find the perfect environment to meet your fitness goals.
